Terms and Conditions

Scope of Service: The package includes a non-refundable, one-time fee of USD 199, payable upfront.

1. AirGMS Technologies Inc. (“iGMS”, “We”) provides the Service. By accepting these Terms and Conditions or by clicking the Submit button, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you are entering into this agreement on behalf of a company, business, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity and its affiliates to this agreement, in which case the terms “you” or “your” shall refer to such entity and its affiliates. If you do not have such authority, or if you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must not accept this agreement and may not use the Service. Any actions you or any of your employees, consultants, agents, representatives, and users take on the Service shall be deemed to have occurred on behalf of your legal entity.
   

2. The service encompasses the following:

   Airbnb Listings Review and Consultation: Our experts will review your Airbnb listings and provide consultation to enhance the quality and appeal of your rentals. This includes an assessment of your listings' descriptions, photos, and amenities.

   Onboarding Sessions: Up to 3 (three) onboarding sessions.

   Listing Assistance on Other Platforms: Assistance with listing properties on other booking platforms, including Booking.com, Vrbo, and Google Vacation Rentals. Our experts will guide you through the process of listing one property or provide instruction for one listing, enabling you to manage the remaining listings independently based on the information provided during these sessions.

   Direct Booking Website Builder Functionality: Access to functionality for building a direct booking website.

   Template Selection Assistance: Assistance with selecting a suitable template for your direct booking website. Our experts will also provide educational materials on utilizing AI prompts to optimize your direct booking website.
   

3. The service encompasses the following:Once the iGMS account is created, you agree to comply to the regular Terms and Conditions of the service at https://www.igms.com/terms/
   

4. Any disputes and refunds are discussed individually. iGMS is entitled to refute any objections based on the internal data.

Liability and Advertising: iGMS assumes no liability for any losses related to the Property and is not responsible for the number of bookings received after the purchase of the service. The responsibility for advertising the listings lies solely with the user.

Exclusivity of Offer: This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon, partner bonus, or discount. The offer is non-transferable and cannot be applied to another iGMS account.
