PARTICIPATION TERMS

• New iGMS users who register between January 3rd, 2026 (00:00 PST) and March 19th, 2026 (23:59 PST), and upgrade to the Annual PRO plan before the end of their 14-day free trial, are eligible for the Low Season Sale 2026.

• The offer is limited and valid only during the campaign period.

• Current users with FLEX, Monthly PRO, Monthly HOST, Annual PRO, Annual HOST, Annual LITE, Monthly LITE, Annual Pro+, or Monthly Pro+ subscriptions are not eligible for this offer.

• No promo code is required to participate.

DISCOUNT TERMS OF USAGE

• The Low Season Sale provides a 42% discount compared to the Monthly PRO subscription rate when upgrading to the Annual PRO plan.

• The discount applies to the annual prepayment for one full year. After the first year, the regular Annual PRO rate will apply.

• You will receive an invoice and see the corresponding charge on your credit card within 3–5 business days after upgrading your subscription.

• The annual prepayment is non-refundable, even if you decide to cancel your plan before the end of the subscription period.

GENERAL TERMS

• The Low Season Sale 2026 is valid until March 19th, 2026, at 23:59 PST.

• This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, coupon, or partner bonus.

• The free 14-day trial is still granted for newly registered customers.

• The discount cannot be transferred, withdrawn, or applied retroactively to another iGMS account.

• The offer is not applicable if a current subscription is cancelled and a new account is created in order to take advantage of the promotion. Any such activity will be considered fraudulent, and both accounts may be terminated.

• If any fraudulent activity or data manipulation is suspected in connection with an iGMS account, the applicant will be considered ineligible for the Low Season Sale 2026.

• Inactive accounts with no active properties are not eligible for the discount.
