PARTICIPATION TERMS

  • New iGMS users who register with iGMS in the period from November 1st, 00:00 (PST), 2024 to November 30th, 23:59 (PST), 2024, use an affiliate’s promo code upon sign-up, and add a credit card when upgrading to Annual PRO by the end of the 14-day free trial are eligible to apply for Black Friday 2024 PROMO.

  • New iGMS users are those who have not had any active iGMS subscriptions in the last 12 months.

  • The offer is limited to first 500 registrations.

    Current users with the FLEX, Monthly PRO, Monthly HOST, Annual PRO or Annual HOST, as well as Annual LITE and Monthly LITE subscriptions ARE NOT ELIGIBLE for the offer.

DISCOUNT TERMS OF USAGE

  • The Black Friday Offer discount is applied based on the number of active properties integrated via iGMS. An active property is one [1] listed vacation rental unit that is displayed in the Multi-calendar.

  • The offer is equal to 42% off the Monthly PRO subscription rate when choosing the Annual PRO option.

  • The promo also includes unlimited, free access to Website Builder Premium and AI-conversational tool for Message Templates. This feature is granted with the Annual PRO subscription.

  • A user can refer to the Multi-calendar section to see the actual number of active properties after connecting all their accounts to the iGMS platform.

  • The 42% discount is applied only to the annual prepayment for the whole year. After the 1st year, the regular PRO Annual rate will apply. You will receive an invoice and see charges on your credit card within 3-5 business days after the subscription update. You can check it in your Profile section of the iGMS software. The prepayment is non-refundable.

GENERAL TERMS

  • The offer is limited and only valid until November 30th, 2024.

  • This offer cannot be combined with any other promotion, coupon offer, partners' bonus, or discount. The free 14-day trial is still granted for newly registered customers.

  • The discount cannot be withdrawn or transferred to another iGMS account.

  • If any fraudulent activity or data manipulation is suspected with iGMS accounts, the applicant will be considered ineligible to use the Black Friday 2024 PROMO.

  • The discount cannot be used for inactive accounts with no properties.

  • For a newly registered user: if a promo code is applied, but a credit card has not been added by the end of 14-day Free Trial, the discount will not be provided.

  • The offer is not applicable if a current active subscription is cancelled and a new account is created with the promo code. In the event of such activity, both accounts will be terminated and this will be considered fraudulent activity.

  • If an incorrect promo code was used (typos, mistakes, lower case), the discount will not be applied.
